Thank you for choosing Lastinglove.us. We want you to understand our refund and cancellation policies before purchasing digital products, registering for an online marriage retreat, or scheduling relationship coaching.
By purchasing a product or service from Lastinglove.us, you agree to the applicable terms below.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Digital Downloads
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the download or access has been provided, except as required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact us at:
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the technical problem or provide access to the purchased product.
If we are unable to provide reasonable access to the digital product, we may, at our discretion and as required by applicable law, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction after verifying the purchase.
2. Online Marriage Retreats
Online marriage retreats are scheduled events that require advance preparation, registration, and allocation of limited participation capacity.
Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before the Retreat
If you cancel more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled retreat, you may request a full refund of the retreat registration fee.
Cancellation 7–14 Days Before the Retreat
If you cancel 7–14 calendar days before the scheduled retreat, you may receive a 50% refund of the retreat registration fee.
Cancellation Fewer Than 7 Days Before the Retreat
Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days before the retreat are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by law or at the discretion of Lastinglove.us.
Failure to Attend
If you register for a retreat but do not attend, fail to participate, or leave the retreat early, no refund will ordinarily be provided.
Transfer to Another Retreat
At the discretion of Lastinglove.us, a participant may be permitted to transfer registration to a future retreat.
Transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability and other conditions.
3. Retreat Cancellation or Rescheduling by Lastinglove.us
Lastinglove.us reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify an online retreat when reasonably necessary, including because of illness, technical problems, insufficient enrollment, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Lastinglove.us cancels a retreat and does not provide a suitable rescheduled opportunity, registered participants will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that retreat.
Our liability for a canceled or rescheduled retreat will not exceed the amount actually paid to Lastinglove.us for that retreat, except where otherwise required by law.
4. Relationship Coaching
Coaching appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation With at Least 24 Hours' Notice
You may cancel or reschedule a coaching appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
Cancellation With Less Than 24 Hours' Notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged the full session fee.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend a scheduled coaching appointment and do not provide at least 24 hours' notice, the session may be considered used and the session fee will not be refunded.
Coach Cancellation
If Lastinglove.us or the coach must cancel an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment.
If rescheduling is not possible or appropriate, the participant will receive a refund for the affected prepaid session.
5. Coaching Packages
If you purchase a multi-session coaching package, individual sessions are subject to the cancellation policy above.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific package terms, unused sessions in a coaching package may be requested for refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been used.
Once a package has been partially used, refunds will generally not be provided for unused sessions unless required by applicable law or approved by Lastinglove.us.
6. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Promotional pricing, discounts, special offers, bundles, and other promotional purchases may have additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, the standard refund and cancellation terms in this policy apply.
7. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted to:

8. Processing Refunds

9. Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we ask that you contact us so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Exceptions Required by Law
Lastinglove.us reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy when required by applicable law.
This policy does not waive or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
